Work for FutureQuals

FutureQuals is an awarding and end-point assessment (EPA) organisation with a reputation for excellence in industries which really make a difference.

Through our qualifications and EPA in the pre-hospital care sector we support a national training structure which saves lives every day in the UK. Our work also has an impact in aviation, and education and training too, and in the areas of mental health first aid and functional skills.

At FutureQuals we’re known for being forward-thinking, learner-centric and customer-focused. We aspire to be visionary, supportive, innovative and professional in all we do. Our vision is for a place where every learner achieves their full potential.

If you share our values, and have the skills and experience we’re looking for, we would love to have you in our team.

Freelance Opportunities

Many of our advertised roles are freelance – flexible to suit your schedule and remote working.

Become an EPA

We’re currently growing our network of independent End-Point Assessors, and with over 1,000 apprentices taking their EPA with us each year we can offer you opportunities in your area on dates to suit you. If you have experience in a relevant field and the people skills to support students, hold an Assessor qualification and are actively maintaining your CPD, we’d really like to hear from you.

SME and EQA roles

We also regularly have opportunities for Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and External Quality Assurers (EQA’s). For SME’s it’s essential you have the right industry experience, with academic development in the field being desirable too. For our EQA’s we’re looking for qualified Internal Quality Assurers (IQA’s), ideally with hands-on experience of our qualifications, alongside the skills needed to support our centres.
