Qualification Overview
The purpose of this Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) provides the skills and knowledge needed to manage practice and lead others in adult health and social care provision or in children and young peopleís services.
It has six pathways – three for adults and three for children and young people:
- Management
- Residential Services
- Advanced Practice
This qualification has been built to meet the apprenticeship framework requirements of a 90 credit qualification and must be taken by learners who are taking their qualification as part of the Higher Level Apprenticeship in Care Leadership and Management.
